It was my character who wanted the dragon.

Backstory Time: Kyelas always wanted a pet dragon. He began studying dragons to get one, and eventually learned Draconic due to his research going a bit too far. The end.

(Just to be helpful, I think it would be "Girls take so long to dress up". You got surprisingly close for someone who isn't even an adult with English as a second language)
