Im thinking the last place is in wynn, dont know though.

I have checked around time valley, Elkurn, the forest village and the lost sanctuary dungeon.
I also checked east of the Nether Portal.

The leap of faith might be that jumping board in Rymeks canyons (don't know if it's still there though)

I have thought of the canyon in general, since it has alot of ledges and there is alot of tall places aswell. But the last 2 places should be simmilar, and if one of them is nether portal, I would guess its either entrance to light realm, near the door of time.
