Ok I took a look at our conversations, it was a mistake from me, at least the only damages I did was to a guy in a tavern long time ago... And he didn't damaged me, so there is no real problem XD

You do find a silver coin (head facing up), a slightly wet straw hat, and a vial of brown liquid with a tag saying "Oil of Taggit".

Note: the silver coin and the hat are magic items, and do note you can only have 3 magic items attuned to you at once

Oh, right. Attunement.

The way this works if you spend a short rest (or part of a long rest) focusing on an item, becoming attuned to it. You do the same process to unattune.

You can also spend that time figuring out what it does, unless you have some sort of spell that tells you. You can only have 3 magic items attuned to you at once (except for artificers who get more as they level up, looking at cat-person here), and you can't actually use the item until it's attuned (forgotten that with Yevor's helmet).
