Not yet. Alas gets a "pact boon" at level 3, one option being Pact of the Chain. This pact gives the warlock "find familiar", also letting the familiar be a pseudodragon, quasit, imp, or sprite. Or it could be something normal, like Alfred. Familiars can take touch actions, and that could include some healing spells
