"Oh, wow. Sorry, I just usually think in practicality terms."

 

Stephanie mumbles something, too quiet for Xlentia to hear.

 

"You need a child to be able to calculate percent chances of gene appearances."

Xlentia gives up.
"Well... just don't die."

 

"Or a really good gambler."
I joke.

 

"I'll try not to." Stephanie says, taking out a black crystal and checking it, before covering it over with her hands.

 

"For certainty, I mean."

"If you die again, at least don't frame me please."

 

"Trust me, I know what you mean."
Pause.
"Not that I've had a child or anything."

 

"There isn't a catch to this, is there?" Stephanie asks, suspicious, "You can just bring Ihra back with enough magic, no side effects or hidden tricks? Like Ihra missing her brain?"

 

"Do robots even...?"

"Well, if there is, it's out of my control and not in my knowledge. In these troubled times, I can't guarantee much."

 

"Some, yes, me, no. My brothers? Maybe."

 

"What if I just get you enough magic to open a link to Ihra? Gaia rebirthed me with just my soul, if I can get Ihra's, maybe she can just make her a new body?" Stephanie asks, untrusting of Xlentia's lack of knowledge.

 

"I'm not dying for your forgiveness." Xlentia says defiantly.

Rineth nods.
"Almost horrifying, if you ask me..."

 

"I'll have you dying for it, then." Stephanie says evilly, before quickly drinking a green potion and calming down again.

 

"Robots with genitalia? Not really. It's pretty much the same as humans. Except I'd imagine it's less pleasant during intercourse, due to the fact that a metal object is ramming into you throughout it."
I say bluntly.

 

"No, you won't." Xlentia says bluntly.

Rineth silences you mid-sentence.
"Just shut up please."

 

Stephanie passes out, collapsing, black crystal rolling out of her hands.

 

"What, don't want to be enlightened by various facts about robot sex?"
I joke tauntingly.

 

Xlentia sighs, opting to just whisper at her limp body.
"Spoiler alert, if I die, she dies."

I just chuckle.

 

Stephanie just lays there, unconscious, multicoloured potion-drool leaking from her mouth and onto the floor.
