i know that concentrations have dropped in price a lot lately, but they as not as unworthy as 3LE

 

it's only a lvl 8 ring

 

its only lvl 8 so it has zero skill point requirements. Combining with the +2/4s mana regeneration effect, thats why they are so widely used in end game builds, hence being very popular, contributing to the high price of them.
However, recently multiple players have found a way to farm these concentrations and the supply of the rings sky rocketed, causing them to deprive in value. Nonetheless, they still worth much more than 3LE after all of those price fluctuations
