Does the Hive count as one "City"? Or is it each Division is a "City"? Or is the Hive completely off limits?

And what about Wynnter Fair Items?

Also what about Dungeon merchants?

Personally, you should change the rule so it is one per merchant?

Almost no accessories are sold by merchants. If we use charmcrafter once, and hive for something else, there's almost nothing left...

Thanos Legionnaire Helm (Thanos): Amazing melee and earth damage.
Reinforced Gert Chestplate (Gert): See above; amazing melee and earth damage.
Earth Sanctuary (Corrupted Lost Sanctuary): A ton of earth damage, bringing our damage through the roof.
Gaea-Hewn Boots (Hive): A ton of health to make up for Earth Sanctuary plus some extra melee and earth damage.

Force Loop (Iboju): Melee and earth damage
Time Ring (Clock): This seems like it's here to fill a spot, but it's actually used to gain access to the +5% Earth Damage Clock Set Bonus.
Royal Dusty Amulet (King's/Cinfras): Melee damage, and earth damage, I don't think I need to say more. A secondary necklace is Amulet of Rejuvenation (Aldorei) for when you're low on health.
Vanguard (Corrupted Infested Pit): 10% Melee damage. 'Nuff said.

Siege Ram (Rodoroc): Strong melee item, kek
