Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

There seems to be a female draconian hovering in front of the Polearms list. She's intentionally doing it, too.

Back in the library, there seems to be a little commotion on the top floor.

 

Crystal jogs up to her, nervous.
"Uhm, excuse me?"
He asks.

I silently make my way to the top floor, inspecting the scene.

 

"You lookin' for something, sweetheart?"
Her robe seems to be all the armor she has, and... it is distractingly pink.

Everyone seems to be looking at Ihra's staff.

 

"Yeah, I don't want to go in blind I guess." I agree.

 

"Yeah, the list for polearm trainers. I actually know where it is but I forgot the names on it and you're kinda blocking it."

I join them, taking an approximation on people, and what might be so interesting about the staff.

 

"Screw the list. Get a spear and get over to the ring." She snickers.

There's a few hundred.
Emerald seems to be explaining why it's going to be held in the Archives, mostly to prevent it from getting it into the wrong hands.

"Well, Sgavrinn's following you, so whenever you're ready." Ragnyon says.

 

"Wait, what? Don't I need to look at the list, first? To know who I need to ask?"
It doesn't seem to quite click yet.

It seems like a good enough reason for me, but I stick around until the commotion dies down.

 

"Nilarq burned his favor on you. Go on, before I tire of waiting." She urges, annoyed.

She seems to show a few holographic images of Ihra using the staff, and after that, the crowd disperses slowly.

 

"Okay..."
Crystal runs upstairs, and grabs a neutral spear before coming back down.

After the crowd fully disperses, I approach Emerald.
"Hi, Emerald, right?"
I ask softly.

 

I focus, opening a portal to Xlentia's chamber and stepping through.

 

The draconian seems to be waiting in a ring.

"Yes. Need something, Thirteen?" She responds.

Sgavrinn seems to have slid past you, running off towards the portal room as you can hear Ragnyon groan.

 

A summon a pair of roller skates on my feet before skating after Sgavrinn quickly.

 

Crystal rushes to the ring.
"So, who are you?"

"You know a lot about this library, right?"

 

It takes only a minute to get to the portal room.
There are four marked portals, some have signs of use.

"Your new teacher." She says bluntly.

"Well... of course. Is there something you need?"

 

I desummon my roller skates, heading through the portal furthest to the left.

 

"Oh, this makes sense now."

"Are there any books here about a 'Sivius'?"

 

The portal drops you off onto a small forest clearing, desert on one side, forest on the other, and a chasm off to the left in between.

"Took you long enough, sweetheart."

A hundred books fly off shelves and levitate in front of you.

 

"Huh. Seems nice for Artemis." I comment, before flying over the chasm to access the desert.

 

The desert has some ruins of two once prospering nations, but there seems to be tiny bits of activity in smaller villages nearby.

 

I decide to investigate one of the nearby villages, pulling my hood over my head as I walk, cloak trailing and concealing Shadow Katana somewhat.
