Alright i think we are near to discover all T4 chest in wynn/ocean/gavel. Maybe new chest will be add with the Corkus update

There is a t4 chest in the Sarnfic area, you know the quest that gives you the boots?
There is also a t3 chest like 50 blocks away from the tier 4 chest.

Or you can just jump over the tripwire.

 

Is T4 loot chest which is near at rodoroc removed? (Not the pigman meat altar)
