Just... walk. If you're an assassin, walkspeed builds.

 

1) Assassin's Vanish spell boosts you a few blocks - Just keep spamming it until you run out of mana, then use the attack button to get out of vanish, and when you have more mana, rinse and repeat

2) I have no idea what you are smoking, but NO seaskipper price is higher than an EB at most. In fact like Selvet stated, the highest cost is only 42 emeralds - not even that expensive

3) Why are you using a boat to cross a river lmao - Just walk/vanish

4) Your level 34 currently, so you should have done the horse quest. Now you have fast/easy transport. Congrats. Now please stop complaining :P

You can also just choose another class and work from there.
