Finding Ghost And Windy Torc

    Anyone know where exactly should I lootrun to find these two?
    Ghost is lvl 77 and Windy Torc is 83.
    Because both of them are accessories, they can only be found in Tier3+ chests.

    I heard there are T3+ chests in the Thanos Vault, maybe try lootrunning there?

    You might be able to find windy torc in the Thanos vaults, there's a lot of loot chests there some T3
