Art Ahri The Nine Tailed Fox

Okay first off, PAY NO ATTENTION TO THE FACE xD I know it's a bit weird and maybe crazy-looking but still I tried and I got frustrated at the face and kept doing it over and over.

Alright, so I know I suck at drawing humans but I attempted at doing Ahri from League of Legends. (No she's not my main or anything I just really like her charecter style)
Of course I used a reference to draw this because hey, references are very helpful when it comes to first starting out to draw!



The time that it took me to draw was about close to 5 hours maybe almost 6. I'm not 100% sure as I did not keep track of time.


Oh if anyone would like to know I am working on doing Honedge and his evolution Doublade next for someone that requested I should do.

 

Faces are so hard to deal with sometimes. I can relate

The one time i check the forums due to boredom, and i see Ahri

Yeah, the face is a tricky thing, but that's ok
(all of these were done really quick before i went to bed so it's messy)


Start with a circle then a few lines going down to form a point

(Or a flat line, depends on the character)


Here's some eyes

I noticed that her left arm (right side of the picture) is missing a sleeve, though some of it would be obscured by the hand and orb, I think it can still be seen.
The hand is actually surprisingly good, especially in that pose. The tails and orb are pretty good too!

Though it's not that big of a deal (and it's just my opinion),
(Classic/default) Ahri's hair is more of a dark blue and her eyes aren't really orange. They're more like this(-ish):


But then again, i do mostly chibi/cartoon stuff since i'm too lazy to do actual anatomy


But it's good to see that you're trying. And of course your style will get better as you draw more, so keep going!

There was a period of time where i was enslaved to supporting so i didn't get to play Ahri as much as i wanted to rip. Though i am aiming to get 300k "soon".
