Assassin/Ninja I Need Help Improving My Build

So I want to know if I can improve my build anymore , if anyone could help i would be grateful
My build is
Spectre
Sparkling Plate, im getting boreal patterned aegis once my other class gets to lvl 80
Vaward
Capricorn
Suppression
Raging Wind
Contrail
Errant
Slider, i'm gonna try get Weathered back

I'm going for a glass canon with high spell dmg, decent ws, good mana regen, and high agility

if you use Multi hit often, use 3eye

 

i use spin atk the most

 

maybe still third eye, because it gives more health and defense

 

hmm ok well im trying to get more dmg mainly but ill try third eye

 

Isn't cumulonimbus better than spectre?

 

How can anyone help you if you don't even say what kind of build you're going for...? Glass cannon? Tank? Walk speed? Raw spell damage? Melee? Spell? At least say what you're looking for in a build...

the stats of cumulonimbus look like it will do more dmg but when i dmg test them spectre does more

 

Leictreach Makani is better for damage then vaward, but will make you glass canon

 

im basicly saying you build mostly works

oh and i couldn't use nebulous if I use cumulonimbus because cumu takes away 20 strength and 20 defense
