Just go for water build.

Ethereal.
Try to get one with 2 or 3 mana regen, above average spell damage and above average water damage. Also use tier 4 or better water powders on it.

Hey, you said glass cannon xD - I think going for the thunder Sanc would be better than air Sanc, but I would check the damages and decide
