Midgame builds (I define this to be around 70-90) are quite neglected, and they're also useful, because this is around where builds start getting useful. Here are a few midgame builds for every class.

any archer speed mid-game?

 

Take the assassin speed build and replace Chakram with any bow with decent walk speed, like Maelstrom.

 

id advice all assassin to not use chakram. its dps is awful use rewind as soon as possible

 

That build is a walkspeed build, not really a damage build. Chakram has quite a bit more walkspeed than Rewind, so that's why I chose it. (Plus the negative health regen on Rewind isn't nice)
