I'm of the idea that if Hitler wasnt there, then Mussolini would have been the main "bad guy" (put the "" in it cuz there are never good or bad guys in wars) and maybe started WWII himself.

Not only it is a paradox. But if you kill baby Hitler the world would be different in the sense of morals.
Some allied countries might not even be allied if there was no WW2, which could cause some major conflict.
In my opinion I would encourage teenage Hitler to become an artist instead.
