Highest Raw Regen (not % Regen）

Planning to make a super health regeneration build. What armors and accessories give the highest raw health regen? Also, if the negatives for the best health regeneration items is too much, any better alternatives for high raw health regeneration? Thanks!

Total - 1184 raw health regen.

P.S. Snail Helm ( lvl 93 ) +60 to +260 and Snail Boots ( lvl 94 ) +60 to +260 gives more regen, but those are very very bad so I don't recommend to use them for the build

This build gets 950 raw regen (excluding weapons), positive element defense, and 9/4 mana regen:

2x Concentration
Lazarus' Brace

There is no point to having higher regen if your defenses get destroyed....

 

The point of this thread, as far as I can tell, is simply to get the highest possible health regen

thanks, interesting build. I did plan to tweak it a little and this suggestion is great

 

In my view, Exhaustion is definitely worse than Snail Boots at this point, due to less health, less raw regen, negative mana regen, potentially negative tier attack speed, more negative walkspeed, and more negative water defense.

The reason I replace Sequencer with Morph Stardust as well, is because of great element defenses and mana regen from Morph Stardust.

Additionally the 30 raw regen from Frankincense x2 is measly in comparison to 4/4 mana regen from Concentration.
