Is The Store Broken Or Is It Just Me?

I recently wanted to rank up to VIP+ but where it says enter your name, i do it and then press continue, it started loading and all it does is refresh the page and it tells me to re enter it.. any ideas??

 

Are you sure you haven't received the purchase yet? On the forums you already have a VIP+ tag, so your purchase might have gone through. Also, check your PayPal to see if a transaction was made, and if you accidentally purchased it too many times, then you might need to contact them about it.

If you haven't purchased it yet (which wouldn't make sense, but who knows), try doing Ctrl+F5 to refresh your cache. If that doesn't work, try clearing your cookies for the Wynncraft website. If it still doesn't work, contact "[email protected]" about the issue and they might be able to help you.
