you should use a slab and then place a door behind it as a chair, or put signs at the stairs

each side is the same pattern, mayby try mixing it up, instead of having windows every 4 blocks repeatetively.
The house grian used in his video "5 ways to improve your intirior" (i think that is what it is called) That house has something diffrent to each side, instead of the same type of window everywhere, which makes you want to look at it for a longer time.

it is the same with drawings, a simple drawing may look good, but you can look at intrecate drawings for a lot longer, since there will be all of these small details, which you do not notice at first.

Also try adding a front yard or a garden, it makes houses seem like they fit in more.

I hope its ok i come with more feedback, here is some anyways.

    The Island
The island looks really nice, but from above though, it seems very flat, if you put a few Y-levels of diffrence, like 2-3 i would say. If you do so I think you should put the house on the highest point, so when you initially look at the build, the house is what you will be looking at.

    The Dock
The dock is a nice idea, it adds something more to the island than the nature. But it is very boring, there is only 2 blocks used, and there is no patterns in the floor, or anything intrecate to look at. The way you have built the house were each site follows the exact same rules, is something that the dock could benefit from, since unlike houses, docks can look very nice if they have the exact same patterning everywhere.

    The vines
Vines are always nice to make a build seem overgrown, but many people dosent use the vine item, but uses leaves in vine like patterns to make a more detailed vine. If you have trouble making these vines look natural there is a good trick, one of my friends made a very good explenation: "look at a tree it is a part of nature, does it look logical and structured, no it looks random and ilogical" there is few things in nature which looks to be built by a human, dont make the nature type of stuff look like its human built.
