    Not really looking for anything too fancy, with 10+ would be nice.

    The best regen ring is Frankincense with 15 raw regen, which is only available from the Wynnter Fair. Therefore, you can't get a ring with 20+ regen. However, once Selvut puts the items for sale on Craftmas island, you can easily buy some there.

    Craftmas Island is already available, you can access it during Craftmas Chaos. I'm pretty sure the merch won't be implemented until some time
