I was originally planning to join the Content Contest this year with some art, but my procrastination and lack of motivation basically kept me from finishing what I started. I was also attempting to experiment with a new art style, but it just went all wrong and it ended up wasting time.

I wasn't even interested in the prizes anyways because I don't play Wynn anymore so oh well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This includes the sketch layer that wasn't going to be part of the final image, but I included it with a lower opacity just so you guys could see what I was going for.
giving out a free virtual brownie to the one who correctly guesses where it is, shouldn't be too hard tbh

Enjoy the fruit of my procrastination.

It was more like "no lining art style that I had to fix into my normal art style because I can't shade anything outside of cel shading."

    I want a shameless brownie!
I'll guess it's either Ragni or Cinfras, in Cinfras facing the guild hall, by the bank, or in Ragni, facing the Emerald trail by the bank.
I wish it had been finished!

I'm honestly more interested in other side-projects, such as weekly drawings.

I'll see if I can pick it up once I have some spare time.

Oh ok, got it. Yeah, this is basically every sketch method that artists use in digital art. Create a layer with the sketch, lower opacity, and add a new layer with color on top. It's not shown in anywhere except video tutorials, so that's probably why you've never seen it.
