I, Daragor, son of Headt, officially relinquish my ownership of Daragor Isles Trading Company (Or Daragor Industries) to my most loyal servant and Dominus Terrae. I have become unfit to lead the company due to the current state of affairs.

1. Despite my formal abdication as CEO, I am still the ruler of Daragor Isles.
2. I may, at any given point and time, requisition my status as CEO and full control of the company without resistance.
3. The new CEO(s) shall keep a telepathic communication link open with me in case of an emergency.
4. The entire army and workforce are at the disposal of the new CEO(s)
5. The army may ONLY be used to preserve the peace. Any offensive action must be met with my council.
6. The CEO(s) may not dissolve the company without my full consent.
7. The company is not to slander my name, status, or position.
8. The CEO(s) are to not make any moves to purposefully harm the company.
9. The vault is to NOT be touched by anyone except the CEO(s).
10. I am free to request anything from the company, even funds.
11. I am to take all Nader Gems and Dragon Tomes with me, save for one.
12. I am free to edit this contract at any time in the future.

Daragor then dictates the contents of the contract and hands it to Terrae and his loyal servant to sign with their blood.
