Horses Prices: Yay Or Neigh?

I'm hoping that horse prices will rise, simply because I feel that the economy right now, for a lack of a better phrase, is seriously fucked up. This is in no way a thread made to start flame wars, rants, or complaints, but is simply made to alert you all to the costs of breeding horses contrasted to the current screwed up horse sale prices.

The Average Horse Breeding Prices
A brown horse costs 24EB (No way, at least this price won't change)
A black horse costs 2.25LE to breed (I guess a couple EBs from sale price and breeding price isn't too bad)
A chestnut horse costs 16.3125LE to breed (Already around 3LE loss for breeders)
A white horse costs 118.97LE to breed, and sells for 70-80LE. Why? Why? WHY?

An player with average luck breeding a white horse would make a 40LE loss (That's 33.3% of the breeding cost).
And these breeding prices are in fact to breed 1/20, 1/30, 1/40 horses, yet people make losses even AFTER maxing out the horse. A max white horse will sell for 80-85LE, and no one (except for a few oddballs) would ever consider going above 85LE for a maxed white.

What can you do to "un-fuck" the economy?
Let people know the costs of breeding a horse

Now these are what I reckon the costs of these horses in an "un-fucked" economy would look like:
Blacks for 3-4LE
Chestnuts for 16-22LE
Whites for 110-130LE


Speculation
By the way, I have a theory (this is just something I'm speculating I'll probably be wrong, or this will take a long time)
Due to horse prices, white horses are usually not bred by anybody. Horse breeding is kinda dying.

1. Therefore, there will be a limited number of white horses on the market, and it will grow, but only very slightly (due to lack of breeding)
2.However, there are a continually growing amount of players joining the Wynn Community, some of whom will eventually reach high levels/gain enough money to afford a white horse.
At the SAME TIME, players are also leaving and quitting the server, while keeping their white horses. That means white horses are effectively being "killed".
3. Eventually there will be a demand that will be greater than the supply, and horse prices will rise once again.

This is only speculation, and if this does happen, it will probably take a while.

I reckon another way to fix the Horse economy would be to implement a new horse (yellow horse coz Asian supremacy JK) that requires breeding 2 white horses. Or maybe a pair of wings released in the new Minecraft update (dunno what those wings are called). There are probably many flaws to this, and this will never be implemented (I'm 99.99999% sure), but it may be something that could fix up this part of the economy (although it could potentially ruin gameplay by making transport too OP?)

Anyways, this is just speculation, please don't go rage :)

Not really? They would pretty much earn what they spent. The extra costs incurred all come from the time and effort that goes into levelling horses. Perhaps I'm missing something, it'd be nice if you could point it out if I am.

 

The point you're missing is that there aren't many people who breed horses.
White ones are usually just bought from someone and resold.

 

I'm not a professional financial adviser so I'm not sure, but the prices could probably be slowly eased into the economy (i.e. people wouldn't be making 40LE profit for each white horse they bought for 80LE, but perhaps it would gradually rise, and over months, it would return to normal). I'm also not saying that this will happen, in fact I doubt it, and I doubt the economy is going to change because of this one thread, but I'm just trying to make this fact known and common knowledge :)

First of all, Blacks cost 3-4 le
Srcondly chests sell for 16-20
thirdly whites are 80-110 which are actually good

and fourthly horse breeding is random
once i got 2 chests from 13le

 

So you want to sell horses for a higher price careless about the poor peoples ?

The economy is fucked becouse of the hyperinflation we have, the only way to stop this is a money sink, not highering prices on the player market.

 

Chestnuts go from 16-20 le so how is that a loss of 3 le....
Also you can't just change horse prices just because you want to

 

why buy horses in the first place, when you can buy tons of mana pots and spam your travel spell

 

Yeah I know :/ but I remember around Early to Mid 2016 horses were selling for 100-110 LE quite commonly. Is there any reason why they dropped so drastically over the past 8 months ish?
Old VIP Town wouldn't have affected this price drop, or is it simply because the demand is so low?
