I had someone who offered 10 LE for the ring because of its near max loot value. Loot gear can be sold for a lot, and you can't usually get max/1-2 off max loot gear for 5 LE. I also sold a 49% loot Jera for 12 LE (max being 52%), so the ring is technically worth around 10 LE with the stat given.

If you don't want to adjust your price, I could sell you a 24% loot Old Keeper's Ring I have. It's worth less, but if you're on a budget it might be more affordable.
