Does it have to be started and finished within the event or does it just have to be an unpublished work?

Just in-case you entered it in a previous event I've had. Or if you already made it and just pretend you made it in the timeframe.

 

If someone began something before the timeframe but finished it in the timeframe, can he use it in the contest?

this is gonna be so hard my graphics tablet just broke.....

 

What i still do not understand is that if you win 1st place in something and you get VIP +, but you are already VIP+ you cant upgrade to Hero rank even if it is about $40 more...

 

Because the price isn't a rank upgrade it is VIP+, the next rank gives more things and giving more than what was set is unfair if someone wins first place and doesn't have any rank.

 

I see, but just saying last time there was a content contest, which i got 2nd place for i think the one Tama set, i got VIP prize and i was VIP at the time, so Tama said i can get an upgrade to VIP+. So thats how i got my VIP+

 

@Pretzule if you already have hero can you transfer vip onto an alt?

That was also about 3 years ago, point is the events aren't exactly the same and the rewards aren't exactly the same.

You can give the VIP/VIP+ to another account or someone else if you win it.
