Budget: Infinite except for acquiring mythics
Type of Build: Spell-based build
Elements: Water primarily, maybe some air and thunder in the mix
ID's I want: at least 10/4s MANA REGEN, spell damage & walk speed
Items I want to use: Lunar spine/Bobs Mythic wand/Qira Wand/Bonder/Lament(If i could get mythics)

All decent options but I guess mix 'me cuz you did want some mana

 

I think if you need to swap out Aquarius you got to keep the third eye there. In that case I would go dreamcloud probably, and predposledni is fine temporarily until you get vaward (the obvious choice)

I think you could use a monster with this is you can afford. I would swap golem for veneer (or for damage fire sanc). If you can't afford monster go bonder with full fire t6.

However, there is one major issue here.
You have about -1000 water defense (as it is)!!!! In general the elemental defenses aren't great in this build, and I think you might not get the tankiness you are looking for

I would like a high water damage mage build.

1: The 2 elements I want are intel and air.

2: I want mana regen and spell damage (raw and %)

3: I have a budget of around 46 le. (All my money.)

My ign is Sanb_Bans and I am a level 90.

 

what if I accidentally threw them away? are they tradable, or could I replace them with passus lux, its 3/4 mana regen, 2/4 mana steal

Mainly just max out intelligence and then invest enough in dex and agi to meet reqs

-I want to use 2 weapon
-Ignition as main weapon
- you choose the second one (i first think to tidebinder but idk if fire water build is a good idea)
-The build need to be quite tanky
-I would like some intel cuz i' love spell spam
-A little walk speed bonus would be great (optional)
-health regen/life steal is always nice (optional)
