You hear the girl say "We should get a covering for it and take it to the nether." You realize they are demons. There is nothing you can do here. You walk out side and follow the tracks of the paladins horses. You start sprinting once you are out of Ragni.

 

*invisibility spell runs out*
*I keep running until I get within sight of the paladins; I don't trust them yet. I keep following them, but I stay behind and out of sight.*

 

hum actually you find them in Nivla woods riding back to Ragni. They seem in good spirits. They have no idea what condition the church is in.

(Btw Im working you in with the other characters story line so bear with me"

 

*I hide behind a tree, as they are probably facing me after turning around*

 

They ride past you without taking notice. Although a spider does crawl up your leg.

 

*Flicks the spider off and continues to follow the paladins.*

 

they ride back into Ragni only to find their church in taters. They all fall to their knees at the sight.

*finally reveal myself to the paladins* "What happened here?"

"We need to get to the item identifier, fast.
I say to Kat, exiting through the entrance we went through, trying to run to the house.

 

You get to the item buyers house before a the paladins can see you so you must hide there. After they leave a portal opens in the road.

"We're heading to the roots of corruption, which is linked to the nether. Hence, we may encounter Incindion. We'd best be prepared for if that happens. I'll begin devising some tactics, but we need some ways to give us an edge. Most of our attacks will be ineffective due to his being made of fire. Perhaps we could lure him to the river or lake? Your powers likely won't be enough alone, but if you can manipulate water, then maybe the lake will give us enough to do something to him that way. Fighting him in the Roots of Corruption is not an option," I say to Cario.

You arrive at the nether portal to find a strange lack of demons. Valus lands next to you and pulls out his staff.

 

"Where are the demons? Be wary. Where would the vault be if it were here?"

 

"Perhaps underground" Valus says as he starts searching the ground for anomalies.

 

"Possibly. It could be in the ground. Valus, your earth magic could prove vital here. Hmm... It could be under lava, but we'd best try underground first."

 

"Under lava? Interesting idea"

 

"Yes, but that begs the question of how we'd get under, unless you can raise every drop of the lava for long enough for us to go in without exhausting yourself too much. Let's try solid ground first."

 

Valus points toward the portal "There is something there. I just don't know what."
