Wynncraft has a very strict no-refund policy, which applies to almost all circumstances. There are very few exceptions to this rule. It is acceptable to ask the community for help in getting your items back, but it is never a good idea to harass and beg people for items.

All bosses are unique, and are meant to be a challenge. If you are seriously struggling, do one or multiple of the following tips:
1. Drink stat pots before the fight (Pot of Def, etc)
2. Analyze the boss's attack patterns / spells, and prioritize healing minions, if any.
3. Bring plenty of healing potions
4. Get the best possible gear for your level
5. Improve upon your build
6. If all else fails, post a thread here to request help from community members.

2. Wait a couple of minutes then try again, it might be a mojang side error

- You suggested something that has been suggested many many times before (use the forum search next time)

- You don't go into very much detail
