    So a few days ago my friend bought hero, however today she decided that the game wasnt for her and she asked me. I honestly have no idea as I tried to look somewhere for info but couldnt find it. But I'm assuming ranks are a no refund.

    I mean... technically you could chargeback, but that will get you permanently banned, so I recommend against that.

    You can't get a refund for store purchases. You shouldn't spend money on things when you aren't sure about them.

    Bruuh I played Wynn for 2 years before getting a new account and instantly buying VIP+ ( pre EULA/Hero ) how u gonna play for a few days then buy the most expensive rank before even getting indepth
