Not sure tbh, I don't explore elemental builds much, since I prefer my own type of builds. However, I do know Terra's Mold is pretty great for the chestpiece.

I don't know its full stats but I'm pretty sure it only has some poison.

Put on Prowess, CoI and Conc
Put 50 in str and dex, put on Conrupt, fill in to get 100 str and 70 dex
Put all you have left in agi and put on Disappeared, Raging Wind and Wind Mimic
Put on Leictreach

you should get something like 87/57/0/0/54 without armour iirc
you need max skill points on Conrupt, Wind Mimic and Disappeared
