Does Arrow Shield Need A Nerf?

Can you believe this.. The derpy Bob's mythic bow deals 63k+ damage with one spell...

Spoiler: How it works

When arrow shield hit the mob, some arrows pops up to the sky and fall down.
But Giant mob is huge, so the arrows are possible to deal huge damage.

Does this spell need a nerf btw?
I'm not sure whether it is glitch or not..

 

Damn, I didnt know all the falling arrows hit to giants.
Maybe they can remove falling arrows, those are just annoying and laggy. *bit sarcasms*

 

Something seems really fishy because of how the picture shows its only doing 6.5k

 

I recall @Selvut283 saying that Arrow shield did way too much damage for a defensive spell, I could be wrong.

It needs a nerf in general, not just against one type of mob.

Arrow shield does around as much damage as Arrow bomb, and it's a defensive move, it needs a nerf. I think....

He's talking specifically about arrow rain needing a nerf, as it can one shot mobs with large enough hitboxes. However, arrow rain is fine as is, and nerfing it because of one or two mobs is ridiculous. The shield itself is debatable

 

It does not need a nerf because
A- it takes HALF your Mana
B- You cannot really follow up with further spells due to the insane knockback
and
C- it isn't a long ranged spell.

 

And it costs just as much mana, and just because its defensive doesnt mean it cant do dmg, it just means its range is close to nil
Btw arrow bomb can also be defensive
Anyways i rarely ever use the shield

 

I use the shield for qira and toa helping that's all nothing else really

 

I think it needs a SLIGHT nerf. Don't remove the falling arrows, or any mechanics, just reduce the damage slightly.

what yall don't understand is that mobs/players (warrior/assassin) can't fucking hit you since they die first
it's like having 8? arrow bombs around you

Oh nooo, are you telling me that archer, the weakest pve class, has a 10-mana spell that does a lot of damage against one specific mob in the entire game? That spell definitely needs a nerf then.
Forget about mages and warriors that are capable of tanking every mob in the game, because obviously this shit is the real issue.

They need to remove the falling arrows, since they never hit a fucking thing nerf the shield damage a bit and add a cool non damage buff
