I rush over, and stabbing each to make sure they're dead, I lift one up, throwing them behind a building. At this point, I look for Kat, expecting her to have done the same.

Ron's Move: Riddle the arm holding the trident with arrows as a distraction... And maybe to cause dropping on tridents.
Zna's Move: While he's distracted, dash in and multihit. Dash back out.

Potential combo if @joshaftel agrees to it (I'm fine if you turn it down):
Cario's Move: Use wind magic to blow a gale at one of Krakov's heads.
My Move: While he's blinded by the wind, throw some knives at the eyes on that head.

If he doesn't agree:
My Move: Try attacking with my sword while he's distracted. Once he notices me, rush out.

(How many heads does he have btw?)

 

is Krakov still holding a trident? and if so what metal are they made of

 

it has alarms sensors on the windows and guards everywhere. However you can just tell the head guard who you are.

Zna's Move: Blind/Distract Krakov with a smoke bomb
Ron's Move: While Krakov is distracted, volley arrows into his wrist. (I just tested, it doesn't make much force to the bottom of the wrist to bend and open one's hand)
My Move: "Let's see if my sword does much..." I'll try to focus a little to see if the runes activate, then attack with my sword while Krakov is distracted.

My Move: Try to predict his dodge, then throw some knives at where he'd dodge to upon his dodge, some of which heading for his wrist.
Zna's Move: Prepare more smoke bombs. She'll need them next turn.
