Probably Found Already | Lusuco Tents?

So I was doing the Frost Bitten quest, when I suddenly came across... blood? After exploring further, I found these two tents with blood. I have no idea if this has been found, but I've never seen it before.

 

Found, yes, but it doesn't do anything. Nice job on finding it though, it's pretty remote.

1 before T4, 1 after T4, next 1 on the high ledge, next 1 further along buried in the ground with a T2, and the last 1 on an ice spike. Where am I missing 1?

 

My theory:

Ice climbers staying in the tents, the Yetis drag their bodies down to their cave to feed their young, thus creating blood trail.
