I say, heading far off the road

I try to use the snow around valus to un-pin him and splash him awake

 

you soon reach the slums outside Ragni. The church is in the exact center guarded by a large number of paladins. There is no easy way in.

He is pinned however he does not wake up because he is injured. Valus is out for the rest of the fight.

 

"This is a problem..."
(Emotion: Concentrating)

(Can he move any amount of metal without dying?)
Ron's Move: Try to shoot out Krakov's Eyes.
Zna's Move: Multihit Krakov while he's trapped. Shadow dash (or whatever it's called) back to the group when he escapes.
My Move: Just flurry on Krakov with my sword. When he breaks free, start rushing away backwards, throwing knives at him.

If Valus is awake...
Valus's Move: Smokescreen. If he can make it toxic without using too much energy (like, if he can still fight afterwards), do it.

 

I sneak over to the entrance by the Pigman Ravines, checking how guarded that is.

 

I am not awake!

Ron hits one of the 18 eyes. Krakov starts to deflect some of your daggers

can I obscure Krakov's vision with a snowstorm in front of him? all it takes is low grade air magic to produce snow-moving wind

 

"Concentrate... I cannot mess this up. Not now."
(Emotion: Concentrating... What does that do?)

Ron's Move: Put a bomb arrow directly in front of him. The resulting explosion should do something.
Zna's Move: Smoke bomb Krakov in the face
My Move: Try to memorize where Krakov's eyes are before Zna throws the smoke bomb. Throw knives at where I think the eyes are whilst he's blinded by the smoke.

If Valus gets unpinned since that was Cario's previous move...
Valus's Move: Put a circle of spikes around Krakov to stop him

 

@Bailwolf can I sense magic? If not I try to sense the boy's blood for anything weird and different from normal human blood.

 

That is guarded only by two archers. Maybe if you can distract them somehow...

I make a quick check of how armored they are, especially around the head.

 

Standard mail armor, limited head protection.

 

I prepare a fireball, one in each hand.
"Here's the plan."
I quietly explain to Kat.
"I fireball the two, and if they don't die we pounce for a silent takeout. After that, we put the bodies behind a building, and we start sneaking around. Got it?"

 

She nods. Your fireballs hit them square on and no one notices. However you must hurry before the wall patrol finds them gone.

 

Contemplating the fact that I'm now an assassin or die, I teleport over there.

 

Keep in mind that the further you teleport the more energy it takes
