    Actually I use Quake I have not used rage because I have not accumulated enough powder for a T6 armor special. Does the armor special effect elements other then It's type?

    1300 + 1300 x (4 x 0.99) = 7748 raw melee damage at 1% hp left?

    Because if so.... I'm gonna be using knucklebones just for it's negative life steal.

    Hmm ok, Ill keep that in mind. Powder specials may affect raw damage. Im not sure about powders yet, sry.

    as far as Ik it just reduces a set amount of damage
    like the def stat reduces X% of neutral and element defs reduce set numbers of element damage

    Added part of 4-3. Powder Specials.
    I tried to figure out Chain Lightning damage system, but it didn't go well...

    Now I do not have experience with this, but I heard that courage and poison work with each other, maybe test that and try with curse?
