Special Abilities (Not sure if I should write this, but I will anyway):
Sanguis is a hemomancer. That pretty much means that he can control and manipulate blood in a number of ways. Think of it like this: Telekinetic control of blood.
He can manipulate the blood in a person's body and therefore to some degree control that person's movements. He has the ability to suck a person's blood out of their body, though he can't do it in a fight. If the person is not already bleeding in a fight he can't do it. He can only do this in calm environments like rituals and such. He can use blood as a weapon or a shield by making it more dense and therefore making it harder. He can also make it sharp or pointy or even drown a person in it.
As part of his hemomancer abilities he can convert his body into pools of blood. This can be useful for a numerous of things. For example getting places he wouldn't normally be able to get to. Also reversing this ability and taking blood from others can heal him. (Let us ignore blood types because... well magic ^^)

He can also sense diseases in blood. For example will he be instantly alerted if a person is a vampire or such.

Weapons:
His ability and some fake metal claws which extent from his fingers. (See appearance)
He also has some throwing knives hidden in his sleeve. These are used as fight openers to make the enemy bleed so he can use their blood. He is very good and very fast with these throwing knives.

Personality:
Sanguis is a very cruel person. He loves to hurt others and to some degree himself. He is masochistic. He very is calm and collected though. He is also pretty clever.
Sanguis is incredibly resistent to pain. Like really really really much. This comes from the fact that when he drains his own blood out of his body it hurts just as much as if he would do it to others. Also transforming his body into blood hurts too.

He has clothes that look like this. Here you can also see the claws which I was talking about. They are very long and sharp. These can be unequipped.
He has glowing crimson red eyes. Like blood. He has pale skin and white hair.

Backstory:
Sanguis came from a troubled home. His father was violent and his mother and him were often the victims. He hated his father. He had no friends either. He often fought brutal fights with the other kids. The fights often ended with blood spilled. Both his and the ones he fought.

One day everything became too much for Sanguis. His father. The kids. Everything. He murdered his father with a knife. As he sat there considering what he just did, he noticed something. The blood which flowed out from the wound in his fathers kneck. It was warm. This captivated Sanguis. "This is the fluid of life." he thought. After sitting there for a while he remembered that tihs murder would not go unnoticed. He ran away. For days he ran. He escaped up into the mountains.

One day he found a weird crumbling stone temple. He ventured in and found bodies. Lifeless and drained of all their blood. Though this unsettled him it peeked his curiosity. Far inside the temple he saw someone. A lone person. The person saw him and long story short recognised him as a possible successor because of his hatred and anger. The person was Vladimir (Putin Not really though). Vladimir saw a murderer in Sanguis. Over the course of the next few years Vladimir trained Sanguis in the arts of hemomancy. Sanguis' final lesson, (or well it was more like a ritual) had him drain all of Vladimir's blood and fuse it with his own. This led to him getting all the abilities and all of the knowledge of his master and alle the hemomancers before him.

Sanguis lives in a small town that is established around the temple. He is the highpriest of the Cult of Blood. A cult which worships Life. They have a dark, crimson and twisted view on Life though. To them blood is life. The Fluid of Life they call it. It is the fluid which exists in all living beings. They sacrifice people in gruesome (And very painful if I may add) rituals.

Officially the town is led by a chief, but in reality Sanguis controls everything. He as the highpriest has more power. Officially besides being the religious leader he is the advisor of the chief, though he is actually the one in charge. He is both feared and respected by all the people. All of the town is part of his cult. They believe on different levels though. The normal citizens doesn't spend a lot of time in the church, but people like the priests spend most of their time there.
The town is like Rymek it is a bandit town made up of mercenaries, thieves, murderers and all around not very honorable or nice people. They have some degree of respect and unity amongst the town members though.

Starting place:
In his clan's temple. The temple is situated above the abandoned house left of the silverfish dungeon and the town is build around the temple.

OOC comments:
Sanguis has never eaten pineapples before. Don't know why I'm telling you this random fact, but I am ;P
@Bailwolf This is a converted application from another RP so it is not exactly how you said in the OP, but I think I have all the information that you asked for. ^^ If I don't please tell me.
And also if anything needs changing, please do not hesitate to tell me ^^
