Where Can I Get An Agile Loop?

On the item guide I saw agile loop alomg with other loops. I believe I can find them in the jungle, but where exactly?

 

They're sold in Iboju Village, for rare gems you can dig up at suspicious spots in the Dernel Jungle.

 

Please explain? I've never seen one of these 'spots'

 

Suspicious Spots are mobs located in temples of in caves around the Dernel Jungle. They drop a random assortment of Jungle Shards, you can find more about those and the merchant HERE and HERE. Currently, I haven't made a wiki page on suspicious spots, but it should be done later today.
