"Then I order you to stop being so damn uptight with yourself!" Sophie sighs.

 

"S-Sorry, Miss Sophie, I shall." Lian says, deciding to go quiet.

 

Sophie keeps quiet, bitter thoughts about herself running through her head.

 

Lian doesn't pry, focused on keeping Sophie alive.

 

Lian might not pry, but he ends up noticing them anyways.

 

Lian tries to block the thoughts from his own mind, invading the minds of hosts an unthinkable action for a servant.

In this case, the host's mind is invading the servant.
"Relax." Sophie groans.

 

"S-Sorry, Miss Sophie." Lian says apologetically.

 

"Actions speak louder than words." Sophie says, peeking out at the rising moon.

 

Lian remains quiet, unsure what to do.

 

Continuing my thorough observation, I move to the tail.

Elated, Crystal checks how many tentacles are near him.

 

Sophie remains equally quiet, though she slowly slides back into the cave and lights a candle off in a side "room."

Seems that draconian myths are similar to human myths. You pretty much just find stories similar to those you heard when you were younger.

Her tail seems to be loosely curled around the rest of her body, kind of like a dog would to keep warm.
In fairness, there isn't really a heat source in the Void.

Dozens, approaching a hundred. Some seem to just lie limp, others flow in the unseen wind.

 

The candle burns a little darker than it usually would. Lian remains silent, hardly noticeable as he just helps Sophie breathe and provide energy for her.

 

In that case, Cecil reads the folktales.

"Interesting...Don't why I'm saying that..."

 

Inferring this, I reach down inside the crammed space between her hand her tail to check how warm it actually is.

Even more excited, Crystal raises one near him, and raises himself before laying on and holding onto the risen tentacle. He then lets it fall, test how well it holds him.

 

Sophie pauses a bit.
"I'm sorry."

Folktales are also similar, hold one about a draconian whose spirit seems to always be around, despite its owner dying far before any sighting.

You can walk through it easily...

The tentacle holds him decently well, though it sags in the "wind."

 

Puzzled, I put my hands on Xelentia's body covered by the tail to check the body's warmth.

Lifting it up again, Crystal tries to stand on it.

 

"You have no need to be, Miss Sophie." Lian says.
