Community Event 1v1 Dueling Tournament

So basically this is a ranked 1v1 dueling tournament, held in Detlas.
There will be five categories, based by level; 1-20, 20-40, 40-60, 60-80 and 80-101.
There are sixteen people in each category.

To apply, just write the reason why and put in your IGN.

Rules

- No cheating or hacking of any kind.
- Only normal items are allowed in dueling (don't worry, you don't have to throw them out indefinitely, just for the duels)

Rules can change anytime.

Matches will start from 17th February AEDT.

Or you could just make it so people wear Cosmic Armor and carry Bob's Mythic / Hive Weapons for the tournament.

And of course, most people will be entering the 80-101 category, since there are literally no low-levels.

Tbh there is no real point in a dueling tournament. It is highly based on ping, would be tough to organise and wouldn't be based on skill. Gl though.

 

What made you think it is? Since when did every tournament thread after your thread (that didn't even have any specific details) become an inspiration of said thread? Do you have any idea how many tournaments there were BEFORE your thread? Were you inspired by them? Did you give them credit?

REASON: I never participated in a PvP tournament before outside of Nether.

I have suggestions to make this fairer: make everyone wear normal armor, use normal weapons, and no accessories; the normal equipment levels are prior to the minimum level of the level category. For instance, 80-101's should wear Reinforced Iron (77-80) and Impeccable Oak (78). Maybe won't work for 1-20 level category, though.

A problem that may rise as I suggest this is not knowing if the player has another piece of equipment in their inventory that can give them potential advantage, so I suggest a moderator keep watch on our inventories for the sake of making this fair game.

The only things that will matter then will be skill points (sorry lower levels, unless you decide 0 skill points for everyone) and class.
