Refund?

i bought a new minecraft account and mistook the name
i end up buying vip+ to random ppl
how can i refund???????

 

Buy one more VIP+ for yourself and you'll contribute to wynncraft twice as much, it's a great thing, why not!

 

Unfortunately refunds aren't possible, this is so People can't take the benefits of something and then take their Money back, effectievly stealing thoose Things, I hope you didn't spend too much but if you really did buy vip+ to random People view it as a present to thoose People, I'm sure they appreciate it.
Sorry if this is dissapointing, it is simply so noone can steal from wynncraft, in a perfect world noone would even think of that and the rules wouldn't have to exist, but unfortunately it isn't that easy.

The no refund rule is only for ingame items, not refunding a mistaken purchase that cost real currency would be scamming.

I would recommend you contact the support email, I believe it's [email protected] but I need @Pretzule to comfirm that.

 

i believe contacting the support team with your transaction id will get you the rank on the correct account
