    Nice. Only criticism is that there's not a very differentiating quality. However, the art is nice, and the character is neat too. Nice work!

    in some animes, their eyes can sometimes be seen through their hair for some reason xd

    I mean that the character just looks like an anime character. You need a good amount of features that distinguish the character or it'll just look like "anime guy #253".
