(With the sentence finished, he takes out some colouring pencils and starts preparing for the request.)

The Shop Owner quietly walks towards you, holding a picture in his hand, holding a sky blue file in his other hand.
"I apologise for the wait, but issues happened. I will explain as I show you."
(He hands over the picture to you, frowning while looking away.)

(He gives you a small amount of time before speaking again.)
"Due to my careless mistake on tainting the drawing, I had to edit it into shape in order to present it. If you are wondering what happened to it..."
(He pulls out another similar picture from the file and shows you the paper.)

(He remains silent as he takes away the original picture and stuffs it into the file and thanks you for your patience, then returning to the corner of the room.)
