This is kind of a serious/hard question, So if you're not an experienced player just don't bother... I'm not even sure if anyone has the answer, But why not try to find out?

Is this the correct formula to calculate earth melee damage? If not, Than what is?

    _________________________

Earth base damage + (Earth base damage x Earth damage bonus%) = A
    \/
    A + (A x Melee damage bonus%) = B
    \/
    B + (B x Strength skill point) = Total melee damage

*I know that there is also raw melee damage & dexterity/critical but I decided to not include them in this formula
    _________________________

In other words, Is this the order it is calculated?
Base damage > Earth damage bonus > Melee damage bonus > Strength skill point

    I think thats right, if...
    1) you have no dex
    2) you have no raw melee
And don't forget to add your strength earth damage.

I mean the 80% boost to earth damage with 150 str, and then the 80% to all dmg

So erhm, you can use this to see what you bonus will be from the strength stat.

    And this:
melee damage per hit (with dexterity activating) =
    ((weapons damage + melee dmg% + elemental dmg%) x strength bonus) + (weapons damage + melee dmg% + elemental dmg%) + raw melee dmg

is the formula I use, I'm not sure if it's correct or not. But it's the one I use. The part in yellow is the dexterity part.

Let's say that the weapons damage is 100 earth damage and 10 neutral damage per hit, you have 60 strength, +20% melee damage and +30% elemental damage. (no raw melee damage) and you have 68 dexterity (all really just numbers that are easy to calculate with.)

    You'd get:
    (((100+10) + 1.2 x (100+10) + 1.3 x 100) x 1.458) + ((100+10) + 1.2 x (100+10) + 1.3 x 100) + 0

I hope that the color coding makes sense.
I'm also assuming that armor specials come after the raw melee damage, btw. But I've not tested that or heard about it from anyone. That's just an assumption with nothing mhmhk, very lil' not nothing. to back it up.

btw. This formula has never been confirmed, I just think that this is it, from testing it ingame and mostly, listening to other people. Nor does it use
that, since I got absolutely no clue about how that'd work.
ik that it says ingame that strength increases both earth and melee damage, but I've never actually seen it. Just like how it says ingame that water makes heal heal better, the latter I have tested and I didn't notice any difference.

So I'm not sure about where that'd go in my formula. Or what 'that' is in the first place.
