how come people say to put powders on cluster to make a better az but not the infused hive bow which has 5 powder slots insted of 2 on cluster?

 

Cluster has 4, and is super fast

 

It doesnt have the 20% dam for everyThing though

 

Super fast kills it.

 

Honestly not sure. But most people probably prefer the cluster due to not needing a hive token. They probably have similar dmg, due to cluster having 4x spell dmg multiplier while hive has 2x. Idk, maybe someone should test.

Cluster is not even in Top Ten DPS Bows, but Hive is in Top Ten DPS Items (Overall), despite the many mythics.

It's too low-level that's why it sucks - It is great for the level, BaKaiser.

 

Cluster has 50-300 damage on superfast attack speed
70 - 460 with thunder powders.
Making 280-1840 DPS.
Making it very thunder-like due to it's high damage variance. Yet amazing dps potential.

As for the hive bow:
400-600 on normal attack speed.
425-800 with thunder powders
making 850-1600 DPS
(1020 + 1920 with the +20% elemental damage. But this extra damage should NOT be used in calculations)
making it alot less thunder-like due to it's lack of variance. Even though it still has some amazing potential

When you're just looking at this, it seems as if thouhg the hive bow is alot better, doesn't it?

• Life Steal: +60/4s to +260/4s
• Mana Steal: +1/4s to +3/4s
• Exploding: +20% to +85%
• Poison: +240/3s to +1040/3s
• Stealing: +3% to +10%

Whilst the infused hive has only got a bland
2/4 mana regen
2 mana steal

So cluster is my personal favorite.

+ If you take the infused hive bow, you can't use any of the other master hive items. Which are all amazing for so many builds.

 

Cluster is better, due to its super fast atk speed

 

The Hive Bow theoretically deals more DPS and has mana regen/steal with powders compared to Cluster, so I prefer it. You can do whatever you like more, though.

 

Actually, mana regen can be OP af and makes it easier to make builds with. Not really measly.

I never ment to say that mana regen and steal aren't good. Far from it, I <3 it.
It's just bland, many, many other items have it. Whilst there are very few items with clusters ids.
