Yes it's the same Warchief.
The previous auction is discarded as the winner whose name I'm not gonna point out sucks and retracted the offer after the end of auction, and the second place has already lost interest in it. I have no way to deal with this so I have to start another auction.
So let's get this clear. If you want to buy it, then bid. If not, don't bid. Retracting bids under any circumstances should not be allowed.
I don't know how many le's I'm gonna lost yet... just, please, no fake bids.
