Air Powder Or Water Powder?

What should I add on my Lunar Spine? 2 tier 5 water powders and 1 tier 5 air, or 2 tier 5 air, and 1 tier 5 water?
Or any other suggestions??

you probably should find a better lunar..

max air is 33%

I've been enjoying T5 air powders on my Lunar Spine before Morrowind (legend air wand lvl 96) came out, you should defenitely try getting at least +20% air damage on it!

My lunar has two water powders for the water special, and one air powder because of the air dmg bonus

 

I do two air one water IV cuz air special op

 

Yesterday I found another Lunar Spine... It has +31% air dammage xD, now I feel like I wasted my air powders :(

It depends on what style you're building and your Lunar Spine, try out different builds with stats first, then powders.
