Thorns And Elements

    Just some quick questions.

    Does % thorns represent how much damage you do every time you get hit or the chance of you
    doing damage if you get hit?

    And if you have an elemental defence of say 200 for let's say water - if someone hits you with water
    damage, is it reduced by 200 damage or by some other factor?

    1. Yes, thorns and reflection are chance based
    2. I'm 90% sure no one knows how elemental defense works besides Jumla and Salted
