Why Do I Have A Bow And Arrow In Lobby?

I just got into the lobby and I had a bow and arrow in my inventory. Coincidentally, Mr Snoodles was in the lobby. :3. Anyway, why? http://imgur.com/a/taCad

 

You're able to get it from the archer guild via going up the hill with targets located on it. There, there'll be a hut with a button, press that and you're set!

Also Mr Snoodles was hitting you, so are you ok?

 

You can get them from an archery area, I assume someone dropped it, and you picked it up
