I don't know why everyone is focused so much on the light spectrum aspect of this wand, but here's the way I saw it when the lore for Prymari said it bends light into it's most raw components. I don't think it is talking about literal light, although the anagram of primary could differ. I think when it says light, it means the entity of light in the Wynncraft lore, or the force of light, not what helps us see in darkness.

But then that ^ doesn't really make sense, as the entity or force of light or all that is "good" is considered to be blue (water) and white (air), not blue (water) red (fire) and yellow (thunder), as the fire and thunder elements are more commonly associated with evil or demons, as Selvut put it.

So maybe the force light and the light light (I don't know if that wording makes sense) act similar, as in the light light is a spectrum of a bunch of different colors, and the force light in Wynncraft is all of the elements combined, despite some elements being associated with "good" or "evil." Maybe? I don't know.

 

Well the wand splits light into its primary components, or the primary colors of light, Red Blue Green, rather than Red Blue Yellow, which is pigment. Yellow is represented by Thunder, the element of darkness, which is oddly present as a primary color of LIGHT in the wand. Therefore, it seems strange, almost as though Thunder, the element most associated with darkness, is part of the light, which is what makes it prone to darkness and the various phenomena known as the Decay.

Yea this is kinda similar, although the cultists were "amateurs" and therefore its difficult to know if they knew about this concept (if this concept is even true).

Well crap. I got that wrong then.

The actual aim of the wand in general was to hit the niche Fire/Water/Thunder element combo, and my first thought was "primary colours" because of Red, Yellow, and Blue. I didn't know the human retina goes with the RBG spectrum instead of RBY.

 

But thunder is a sound (Wynncraft logic ye) and the more appropriate element would be lightning imo which is pure hot raw plasma, doesn't seems much related to darkness tbh :/

 

Again Wynn Logic, but there is good evidence to show that Wynncraft poses Thunder as a darkness associated element.

 

Wand element/lore patch upcoming?

 

Neh. I want it to be fire/water/thunder, so it's good enough an explanation since people generally think of red yellow and blue as the primary colours anyhow.

 

I mean would you change the lore to say it bends pigment (sounds wierd i know) into its primary components
