I am trying to design a new province to suggest, and I want to know some things.
(EDIT) I'd also like ideas. If anyone has any, please tell me. I have plenty ideas already, but if anyone has ideas for enemies, quests, items, etc. for a land of life, prosperity, magic, and growth, Please tell me those ideas.

    1. This province is called Verda. If anyone thinks they have a better name, feel free to tell me.

    2. The ruins are a branch of an ancient civilization called 'Synfrindia' called 'Darifin'. If Synfrindia was made up a long time ago by my brother and I for reasons other than minecraft, would it still be okay to have that exist here?

    3. I was thinking the theme of the province would be 'fantastical creatures; this means creatures made up just for this province and any mythical/fairytale creatures that are not found in gavel. Any ideas? If possible, be specific, but if I need to I can build off a simple framework.

    4. Do you think they could make an invisible NPC that you can talk to that has an experience orb floating in the middle of it to represent a fairy that you can talk to?

    and finally
    5. Does 'Felrow' sound like the name of a major wynncraft city, or should I do something else? Galdor is my idea for the second largest city in Verda.

I'm sorry, but before I can answer any of these question I have to tell you this; designing provinces is never a good idea. It takes much more effort and detail than you imagine, and will almost certainly be ignored, and possibly receive flame.

If you're okay with this, here are my answers.
    1. It sounds okay, but are you sure it means what you want it to? Verda means green. Most provinces have names that correlate to their content.
    2. In a few areas, fine. But an entire province, poorly.
    3. Gavel is literally about "fairy tale" creatures, and the fantastical side of the lore.
    4. Probably not, but it's possible. Something similar may also be possible.
    5. Not really, it sounds more like a poorly pronounced/spelled "Farewell." This could be a good name for a certain city, depending on it's history, though.

What do you mean fire? As in hatred? As for details, I assume you mean I need:
    1. lore/history
    2. landscape (plains, mountains, etc.)
    3. the number of cities, and their names
    4. most the armor/weapons/accessories that can be found and their tiers and minimum/maximum stats, if not all of them, including lore
    5. the number of quests
    6. the level of the area(s)
    7. location on the map
    8. the number of quests and their stories, difficulties and relevance to the rest of Wynn,
    9. the different enemies, including all stats (health, damage, etc)
    10. the overall feel of the area (dark, dreary, sad, scary, etc.)
    11. every major landmark found in the land
    12. Building styles for cities
    13. the personality of almost all major npcs
    14. number of loot chests of each tier
    15. the kinds of loot found in the area (powders, potions, emerald stacks, etc.)
    16. Any other notable features/items and how to get them (quest items, special shop items, etc.)
If I missed necessary details, please tell me, If I don't need some of them, also tell me.

In response to your 5 responses:

    1. Verda is supposed to be where fairies, golems, ents, and other plant/fairytale creatures. I think green sums it up nicely; it's a land of growth and prosperity.
    2. I was thinking a part would have the ruins of Darifin kind of like ancient nemract, except somewhat bigger, and definitely not the whole land.
    3. Is Gavel about fairy tale creatures or mythical creatures? In my mind, there's a difference. I don't think fairies come from gavel, but I haven't really been there very long, so I don't know. What I do know is that I haven't seen any Minotaurs, Centaurs, or Sirens, nor have I seen any Deities, Elementals, or giants yet. Verda is supposed to be where all the fairies came from.
    4. It would make it much nicer if they could do that, and I hope so, but if not, I'll make up something else.
    5. Forwel is 'flower' scrambled. I could change it to Felrow, or my other options are Bearu (which means "Grove wood" in old english) or Galdor (The very first part of almost every old english word for magic)

    Minecraft:
Verda is a province of spirit, vitality, and prosperity, a land full of magic and creatures of fantastical ability. Fairytale creatures reside in the province of Verda, creatures such as fairies, Minotaurs, imps, ents, bugbears, you name it. If possible, pegasi and unicorns, but we all know those are impossible even in minecraft.

Verda is a level 65-80 area (depending on how far you are into it). Verda is derived from the word Verdant, meaning green, which I believe fits very well with the nature of growth and vitality that makes the land so markedly different from the other provinces. Unlike Wynn and Gavel, Verda is only just getting the darkness that has been creeping across the land; the natural magic found within the land kept the dark out, but now it falters, and the darkness advances.
    ________________________________
I mean fairy tale as in fairy, unicorn, pegasus, giants, elementals, golems, any of the less realistic magic; the kind that are so magical even the Lord of the Rings wouldn't have them.

Just so you understand, to me, fairy tales are different from myths, and Gavel has the creatures I would consider Mythical and not fairytale. Fairytale are the more magical creatures, like unicorns.

I think this is possible because they have experience orb mobs in the Llevigar Plains (Sweet Fairies or something), and they have invisible NPC's too (like the starter NPC for 1000 meters under)

You'll need details about all mobs, not just the enemies. You've listed a good part of the details, but the amount that you actually need to explore them is incredibly deep. Plus, things that have no real purpose but add to immersion will be required.

    2. So long as the area isn't more larger than a town or city, it's fine
    3. It's about Magical creatures, mythical or fairy tale or otherwise. There have been Elementals and I believe a Minotaur as well. It could very well be an even more magic-based area, but that would require plenty of passive mobs as well as aggressive ones.
    4. yea k
    5. Felrow sounds better and rolls off the tongue, and so does Galdor. Galdor sounds more like a fortified city in my opinion though, so I think Felrow would work well as a hub-type city.

I haven't been in Gavel that long, but I was hoping there weren't any of those so this could work better. I guess Verda would be a land of life, vitality, and prosperity, and would be home to both magical fairytale creatures and original made-up creatures.
Felrow can be the hub city, and Galdor can be a major (but not hub) city with item identifier and buyer, but no bank. Galdor will probably have a major quest.

I have many ideas for this area, and I will do everything I can to give it a chance; I have enough ideas that the addition of this province would be a huge update if it were accepted.

@captainganon I understand the risks and wish to continue with my idea.

Are you certain I will get fire? My friend thinks any addition to Wynncraft will be loved because it gives the people that have already finished everything something to do.

The issue isn't that people don't want more things; it's that they don't want random suggestions, they want the official content that's already been promised.

Unless you've covered everything, which will be very difficult, you'll get some flame. So long as you cover most things, though, it won't be much. Just make sure it's not a low-quality suggestion.

I have some experience from other server forums. Hopefully, it will be a high enough quality suggestion. I'll keep your warnings in mind.
